How to Get Bonus:

- You will be directed to the adidas website. Once there, purchase $100+ worth of merchandise (except Gift Cards) with free in-store pickup or free shipping option.
- MaxRebates will give an additional $15 Cash Back bonus within 7 days at the end of the campaign, which can be withdrawn after 60 days.
- Limited to the first 1,000 customers or while supplies last!
Campaign Details:
- All MaxRebates users can participate in the campaign
- Purchase products from adidas through MaxRebates with a minimum $100 purchase (excluding tax and shipping).
- After placing your order, the $15 Cash Back bonus is not automatically added to your account, please wait. The Cash Back bonus will be added to your account within 7 days after placing your order through MaxRebates, which can be withdrawn 60 days after placing your order.
- Activity period is subject to the merchant and should be followed.
